Tiffany responded as interested in my posting for a caregiving position. I responded back with my phone number and asked her to contact me. .. and then all I got was crickets. It's been 12 days and I still received no response. This ALWAYS happens (every single time) when a Caregiver, under the age of 40, responds to my job postings. Why is that? I don't have an answer. But what I do know is..."When someone shows you who they are, believe them". Thank you for applying for the job, Tiffany, but I think I'm going to have to pass on your candidacy.
