My biggest passion is in the service of people. Especially children & elderly folk. I just think they're generally better people to hang out with. More genuine. ;) Most of my friends are in their 70's, as they generally have a lot more depth and a lot less b. s. going on in their lives. Mom of a toddler myself, so I understand the importance of our babies on a deep visceral level. I also used to trained service dogs. Good with every type of creature, experience with most. 'Twas a nanny for many years, beginning at age 12. My certifications aren't up to date, but trained in basic CPR & know a bit more than a thing or two about first aid. Open book - willing to answer any questions. I'm very upfront and real about my capabilities, and I'm not shy to voice when I don't know about something. P. S. I'm more likely to accept a job if I'm able to bring my toddler along. Not a necessity, but it would need to be worthwhile enough for me to arrange care for her to accept an inquiry.
