My name is Tiffany H., I am a passionate and energetic future BCBA Supervisor whose purpose is to inspire, nurture, and empower children and adults to reach their potential. You will find that I am enthusiastic about positively impacting the well being and lives of those diagnosed with autism, emotional disabilities, hearing loss, or any other intellectual disabilities. I have 6 years of providing differentiated instructional strategies to meet the needs of individuals with physical, emotional, mental, learning, and behavioral disabilities through Applied Behavioral Analysis. Also, I have had the privilege to work as a Instructional Assistant for a Special Education middle school classroom. During that time I developed individual education plans for students, by assessing their individual learning objectives and creating customized plans to meet those goals. I have had success in effectively helping students succeed, and reaching their full potential.
