About Tiffany

Hello, my name is Tiffany and I have worked with elders diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia for approximately 3 years in total. 2 out of the 3 years, I was a medication manager for the memory unit at an assisted living facility in Durango, CO. I recently left to pursue school full time. I have experience with helping bath, assisting with dressing/undressing, grooming needs, toileting/incontinence/peri care, positioning, medication administration/management, measure/recording vitals, communicating concerns/changes in your loved one's physical, intellectual or emotional well being. To ensure your loved ones receive the best care, I also focus on meal prepping/feeding, housekeeping, mobility assistance, transportation as needed, and running errands. Everyone's needs in life differ so I am also confident providing hospice care and ensuring your loved one is comfortable and supported.
