I'd describe my personality as compassionate, attentive to detail, hands-on, respectful, caring, and motivated to help. I like caring for people with special needs because they tend to have the best personalities of anyone I've worked with. They can teach you the most about true, unconditional love. I'm looking for a job that is flexible to my hours while still being able to provide care to those who need it. I started caring for people with special needs when I first worked in a group home near Anniston, AL. I fell in love with the work I did. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children and family. One thing you should know about me is that I take my time in everything I do. My skills include understanding those with speech impairments, caring for those that are in wheelchairs, and those with an Autism diagnosis.
