We only chatted on the phone as I ended up finding a neighborhood nanny share for my child, however Tiffany seemed extremely thoughtful and caring, and asked in depth questions about our family that I felt set her apart from the many other nannies I've spoken to. Based on our phone convo I would recommend interviewing Tiffany for a nanny position.
