I'm a mother, so I start my care with safety first. I chose all things with 3 questions, is it safe, is it fun, is it beneficial. Every child needs to know that they are seen, and they have someone who care about their feelings as much as they care about them learning. I'm not a very strict caregiver, I believe in autonomy with structure. Guiding children into making the best decisions is much more valuable (in my opinion) than just telling them what to do and not explaining why! I'm happy to look after your children as if they were my own!
