Tierrah was very energetic, attentive to my children, and open to go with the ever-changing-flow of a 6 and 2 year old. I appreciated that she was open to take direction from me, but also willing to share creative ideas. Tierrah communicates clearly, is professional, but also very playful. My daughters loved spending time with her...and they're not always comfortable with meeting new people.
