Had an Associate of my company interview Tierra with perspective client. Interview went well and client was impressed and wanted to hire her. I arranged a meeting with her at a later date to review responsibilities and discuss salary. On the day she was to report to work - she didn't, called me the night before left a message that she needed to talk to me. I returned her call and left her a message. To this day I have not heard from her - my personal review is not very favorable. Later found that she told my Associate that she had jury duty, but we never received a follow up call as to what she intended to do next.
