About Tiera

Hi! I'm Tiera! I am currently a Lead toddler teacher full time and currently taking CDA courses for early child hood education. I enjoy cooking , reading , art and dancing and have been working with children for about 3 years now. My passion for fostering a safe, engaging, and educational environment has led me to work with children in both home-based settings and daycare facilities. I believe in the importance of creating strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, ensuring open communication and collaboration. My approach is centered around patience, creativity, and enthusiasm. I love to inspire curiosity and a love for learning through hands-on activities, storytelling, and outdoor play. Whether it's organizing arts and crafts, or simply being a listening ear, I am committed to supporting each child's individual needs and fostering their growth and happiness.
