Patty has been an invaluable member of our family for the past four years, serving as a dedicated and reliable nanny for our two boys. She joined our family 3 months after our oldest was born and was there when we brought our second home from the hospital. Her genuine love for children goes beyond just supervising them but actively engaging them and creating a loving and supportive environment filled with incredible kindness and warmth that have contributed to the emotional well-being of our children, making them feel secure and cared for. One of Patty's standout qualities is her reliability and flexibility. You can honestly set your clock by her arrival to our home and she was always flexible to move schedules around or stay late as our work sometimes is unpredictable. We never dealt with any call-outs or scrambling to find childcare over the last 4 years which was amazing! In addition to her reliability and caregiving skills, Patty took on various responsibilities such as pick-up/drop-off from school or various activities, preparing fresh and delicious meals for our kids (she oversaw their 3 meals per day on days she worked), managing their laundry, and other aspects of the kid’s day-to-day activities. She is incredibly proactive in identifying any needs the kids may have and is an amazing communicator with both my wife and I. She truly became part of our family and was there for so many important moments for our kids and family - celebrating birthdays, first day of school, some holidays, moving to a new house, and so many other moments. She is beyond 5-star and we are grateful for the four years she spent with us and are incredibly sad that our family situation has changed and she will be leaving us.
