I have worked part time as a direct care counselor. I have worked at a daycare, and have had live in and live out positions with multiple families. All of which has given me an abundance of experience with caring for three or more children at the same time. I love caring for children. The most rewarding aspect is being able to watch them blossom into their personalities and overall growth. I'm a responsible and trustworthy young woman that does not have any children of her own. We were looking for someone full time to care for our twins and Tiaundra came over for a trial. She was on time and handled our 4-month olds with care. The hardest part for us is finding someone good with big dogs and she was great with our two rotties as she walked into the house. She followed our instructions and was unphased by their barks.
