Hi there! I am Tiarra. I have renewed my account in hopes of getting back in to childcare. I have experience with babies as young as 6 weeks in a daycare and nanny setting. Unfortunately, I have a couple not-so-great reviews. I made bad decisions in that time and I fully regret it. I am an open book, and welcome any questions that may make you feel better/more confident in me. I also have medical experience, as I was an EMT for 3 years. I do well with pets of all shapes and sizes (also a certified dog trainer). I can provide multiple professional and personal references. Thank you!

We hired Tiarra for FT infant care M-F. She was friendly, genuine, on time, and did everything we asked her to. My infant son warmed up to her instantly. She worked with us for 2 days. Everything seemed to be going well until she got sick. Upon which time she stated she could not continue working for us because we could not pay her while out sick. We are not a business like a daycare and cannot afford to pay someone for work not rendered. 98% of my husband's paycheck was already going towards paying her. We hired her to help make our lives easier, not more complicated. Despite me trying to be very clear about pay, there seemed to still be miscommunications about what was agreed upon. We agreed upon $15/hr. I wrote down $15/hr, but somehow that translated to $16/hr in her mind. The care she provided for my son was phenomenal, but ultimately her financial situation got in the way of what could've been a great arrangement.
