As a caregiver, it's my goal to create a safe & nurturing environment for your children. I strive to make every child feel seen, heard, and respected as individuals whether we're exploring nature, engaging in imaginative play, or browsing the library! Every child is different & so is every family, so it's important for me to create strong relationships with both to ensure all needs are met, and activities are both developmentally appropriate & tailored to children's interests. Here's a quick summary of my background: + 8+ years of professional experience in summer camps, elementary schools, with 6+ of those in private nannying. + Experienced w/ neurodiversity, speech and developmental delays, & severe allergies. + Certifications: CPR/First-Aid; Early Childhood Education.
