I take pride in helping customize each individuals care plan to be as unique as they are. I've worked as a Home health caregiver for about 4 years now. Previous to being a home health aide, I worked as a LNA at a rehabilitation/long term care facility. I gained lots of experience with a wide variety of health conditions and a hefty work load. I'm comfortable working with conditions that require Hoyer Lifts, Colostomy care, Bowel care, Memory Care, Medication Schedules, Cognitive Care and so much more. If this young lady responds to your ad, HIRE HER!!!. I had the blessed luck to hire her to watch and care for my 87 year old parents. They both have Alzheimers, and dad had other issues as well. She is extremely genuine, kind, and caring. She truly tries to be helpful in every way she can. Unfortunately my parents needed more around the clock care and had to be placed In memory care facility, so I only got the benefit of her awesome work ethic and experience her bright and positive personality for a few short months. But I am telling you, if you see her respond, HIRE HER!! She should be considered the Gold Standard of in home care.
