First of all, I am a new mommy-so I was very particular about who watched my baby girl. We had a pretty thorough interview process and utilized Care.com's background check services. When we brought Tianna on, I was nervous, felt guilty for leaving my daughter behind for a date night, but knew it was time. Tianna made us feel comfortable and asked all of the questions to ensure she was caring for my daughter correctly. My daughter at the time was 14 months and was starting to get clingy to my husband and I, however when she met Tianna, she quickly warmed up to her. I expected a huge emotional breakdown when we left and it never came. Tianna has been a lifesaver. She has been punctual, professional, kind, dependable, trustworthy, and communicative. Never once has she been flaky, disinterested, or disconnected. I even had a last minute ask for her to babysit and she showed up immediately since she was open! We've been working with Tianna now for about 3 months, and I'm so blessed we found her. We will continue to utilize her services for as long as she is willing to work with us! We truly found a jewel.
