My name is Tianna and I am a 22yr old with a great passion for caring for people. During high school I was able to join a special school where I obtained my CNA. Along with getting my CNA I also became a BLS healthcare provider, and I am CPR/first aid trained. I started my work in a skilled nursing facility in a memory care unit where I have experienced caring for the elderly with all different kinds of needs. I have experience in feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, and all other ADL's imaginable. I also have experience caring for stroke patients, Alzheimer's patients, patients with hemiplegia, and patients with hemiparesis. I don't take the job of caring for people lightly; to me this is not just a job but a career that you need to have a real passion for. I like to take the time to get to know my patients on a friendly level, learn their likes and dislikes, know how they prefer to be cared for, and whatever else that would help make my care for them more personalized.
