About Tiana

Hi, I'm Tiana! I am a dedicated caregiver with extensive experience supporting children and teens on the spectrum in home service and clinic settings. I also have experience working with preschool to 4th-grade students in elementary school, as well as middle/high school students in a specialized education school. My skills encompass essential caregiving tasks such as toileting, showering, hygiene, feeding, and preparing simple meals. I also have experience planning community outings and fostering communication, socialization, and academic skills. Growing up in a large family, children have been drawn to me like a magnet! I bring compassion, patience, and encouragement into every interaction, driven by my passion for child development and creating safe, positive spaces where children can thrive. I am currently seeking full-time caregiving opportunities. In my spare time, I am training to become a Stephen Minister and actively volunteer through my church!
