About Tiana

Hello! My name is Tiana F. and I am a nursing student at Bethel University. As a naturally patient, friendly, and calm individual, I'm passionate about nurturing and caring for children. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which ignited a desire within me to make a positive impact on the lives of young ones and support families by providing a reliable childcare option. With four years of experience under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for 1-4 children at a time and am happy to follow the parents' lead in terms of enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day or any issues that arise. I prefer to follow the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a variety of games and activities with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps. I hold First Aid Training and am a Certified Nursing Assistant.
