About Tiana

I'd describe my personality as friendly, outgoing, and funny. I like working with kids because they are fun, and full of life. Working with kids, no days are the same and I love having the opportunity to influence a child in a way like no other, water them and help them to learn and grow. I'm looking for a job that makes me feel like I am making a difference. Helping families with their needs provides me that sense of fulfillment. I love to provide a fun, and enjoyable experience for the children. I started working with kids when I was 13 babysitting my cousins. Over the years through friends of the family I watched more and more children. In my spare time, I like to hike, in the summer swim at beaches and lakes. I like to be outdoors for certain. One thing you should know about me is I have high energy. This allows me to keep up with the children and relate to them more. My skills include patience, flexibility, and understanding.
