I am 24 years old and currently a full time teacher in Hershey. I've been with this company for a year and a half and have worked with every age group. I have a lot of experience with infants and toddlers so diaper changing and bottle feeding are not an issue with me. I love being around kids and at times find my self acting as a big kid my self. I have NEVER disciplined, nor is it in my job description to do so, a child. I believe in redirecting the child to find something else that would better suit their needs. I do not have any children of my own but I hope to one day as I think I have a lot of knowledge with them from being a caregiver to them on a daily basis.

Tia is so wonderful with our two daughters. She truly cares about them and we never have any worries when leaving our daughters with her. She teaches them, plays with them and they love when they find out that Ms. Tia is coming over! Another bonus is she is great with our dog too so we can truly go away and not worry. She is always on time and cool under pressure (and the occasional temper tantrums!).
