About Thomas

I have provided care in a variety of capacities from adults with developmental difficulties, autism, the elderly, and dementia clients. I have a sunny, creative and light hearted disposition that I use to connect with my folks to meet them where they are. I'd describe my personality as altruistic, creative, and confident. I like caring for seniors because it is an honor to be apart of such a long journey and make them smile and feel valued. Which they are. I'm looking for a job that is an unsolvable puzzle. Everyday is a gift and a challenge. I started caring for seniors when I worked at the arc of Cumberland county. My clients were at various levels of cognition, with a variety of needs from transportation, medication administration, to advocacy. In my spare time, I like to write/invent &spend time with my sons. My skills include interpersonal skills, my infectious, confident good mood, and note taking/reporting.
