Therese was incredible. She took fantastic care of our infant (from age 3 months to 1 year). She always asked how I would prefer her to do things and would follow through with our methods to keep things consistent for my daughter. She was always on time (often arriving early). She was very flexible with my irregular schedule and always willing to pick up more shifts. She helped with the house keeping and laundry for my daughter. She would also make her (and me) food and meal prep for us. Therese was so kind, thorough, and respectful, and if she hadn't needed to move I would've kept her as my daughters nanny for as long as she needed one.
