I'd describe my personality as Caring, empathetic and compassionate I like caring for seniors because I like making a difference in people's lives by providing companionship and emotional support I want to be a caregiver because it will make a big difference in people's lives. I am a compassionate caring person who loves taking care of senior's. I started out as a Caregiver seven years ago. I realized I wanted to be able to help my clients more so I went for more training to get my PCA certificate. I was 16 years old when I volunteered to work in a nursing home that's when I knew I wanted to help and be around seniors. I learned a lot about life from them. My grandmother had Alzheimer's. I learned a lot about Alzheimer's. and now I can apply my skills I have learned during the time my grandmother lived with us. I enjoy my job and love working with seniors. I have worked with clients who have dementia, Alzheimer's and multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's.
