About Theresa
Experience: 10 yrs
I am the oldest girl of 10 children, two brothers older by a year each. I helped my mother raise the younger children. I have owned and operated my own licensed family child care home for 15 years in Hillsborough County, Seffner, Florida. I was president of Quality Family Childcare Providers Assoc. My home child care was accredited. I do have my CDA and over 500 clock hours in early childhood education. I have First Aid and CPR and both are current. I closed my home child care due to economic reasons and miss the care of the children. I love arts and crafts, teaching, and the interaction of the children. I just completed CNA and Home health training I worked as a VPK Teacher 2013 and since than elderly care. Taking care of several patients since then. I ended live in position this week as he is going in a memory care facility. I was with him 6 years. I have 6 grandchildren now and being with my 5-month-old grandson made me miss the fun and care of children.

Theresa became my close friend while she was sharing the duties of caring for my sick and ultimately dying mother. She and I alone cared for my mother 24/7 while she was suffering with lung cancer and needed full time care. Theresa is very dependable, flexible, compassionate, and well trained and experienced in providing care for the elderly, feeble, sick, and for healthy children also. She is a long-time friend of the family and she is trustworthy to provide excellent care for those we love the most.
