About Theresa

I'm a senior myself so I understand our needs. I've been blessed with excellent health and I'm a very young 82. My mom lived with my husband and me until she was 92. I've also taken care of an 87-year-old senior in an assisted living setting. In addition, I was blessed with watching a beautiful lady in her 70's in her home for a year. We took walks, adult colored, read books, did puzzles, played card/board games and exercised in the house on rainy days. She had early dementia. Her husband organized her meds but I made sure she had taken them. The only reason I didn't continue her care is because they moved to the East Coast and it broke my heart. I'm not a nurse, CNA or HHA. However, I'm CPR/AED certified. I'm patient, loving and caring.
