Hello, . I have been a Special Education Teacher for the last 21 years. I have made it my life's mission to work with students who learn differently. I understand how frustrating it can be is to overcome obstacles. One of my biggest joys is to see students work though challenges with support and realize that they have been successful. I have worked with children of all ages and know that each child has special abilities that help them shine in their own way. I love being able connect with the students I work with, so that they are able to draw on their strengths and interests as we work towards mastery of new skills. I believe students are most successful when they are given a positive and safe environment in which to learn and when their failures are minimized and successes celebrated.
