Hi! I've been working with kids since I was 17, so it's been over 10 years now! I started out as a teacher, working with children of different ages, which gave me a lot of experience understanding their needs, personalities, and how to keep them engaged and happy. Now, at 27, I'm in Usa which has been an amazing opportunity to not only take care of kids but also dive into American culture. It's been such a rewarding experience-both personally and professionally-helping me grow while doing something I truly enjoy. Working with kids has always felt natural to me, and I love creating meaningful connections with them, whether through teaching, playing, or simply being there for them. My husband and I recently hired Thays to care for our 2.5 year old child during evening hours once per week on a regular basis, and it's been a wonderful experience. Thays is responsible for playing with / entertaining our child, managing her bedtime routine, putting her down to sleep, and cleaning up her dinner. Thays is caring, considerate, and empathetic to our child's needs and our child often asks when the next time is that she'll get to play with Thays, so it's obvious to us that she has a great time with her. Thays is a proactive and considerate communicator with my husband and me and is flexible with our schedule, which we appreciate. During her care hours, she sends us updates via text which gives us peace of mind while we're away and makes us feel completely comfortable. We also have a dog who is very fond of Thays (doesn't miss an opportunity to nap on her lap after bedtime).
