Daily activities included flashcards, reading books, counting exercises, and regular stroller trips to the park, significantly advancing our child's development. Doctors and therapists have noted that our child is at least six months ahead of developmental milestones, already counting to twenty, recognizing several letters, signing and speaking basic needs, and speaking over fifty words with actual comprehension of those words at just fourteen months old. Thato provides our child with her undivided attention. She strictly adheres to a no-screen-time policy for the child during the day, prepares fresh, balanced meals, stays off her own phone when she's with our child, and remains fully engaged at all times. She promptly informs us whenever she notices anything concerning. For example, Thato spotted early signs of her getting a cold before we did and gently suggested a pediatric visit or noticed a diaper rash brewing and informing us so that we can work together to prevent it from getting worse. Thato diligently teaches good manners by modeling gentle behavior, encouraging patience, and tidying up toys, always employing positive reinforcement without any physical discipline. The first time our infant spontaneously signed and said "please," we recognized the incredible impact of Thato’s nurturing lessons. One other delightful surprise has been Thato’s skill as a baby hairstylist. We were consistently amazed at how she managed to have our active little one sit quietly while she created beautiful puffs and braids that stayed neat throughout the day. The photos she shared of these adorable hairstyles have become treasured family favorites. Simply put, Thato exceeded every expectation we had for a caregiver. Although we would have happily continued with her indefinitely, changes in our schedules required adjustments to our childcare arrangements.
