After scheduling our first appointment, Thais never showed up or contacted me that she wouldn’t be coming.  She didn’t respond to my messages asking what happened.

Thais is kind and hard working. She did her best with what I had and was honest with me throughout the process. (it was a lot, and I appreciated her squeezing me in last minute). Good communication, reasonable pricing -- I think she is best for weekly/ biweekly cleanings. I would not use her again for a deep cleaning, because her work is great, thorough, but she seemed a bit overwhelmed with the deeper clean and organizing. 

Thais is amazing! She’s been with us for about a year for cleanings and she is great with my baby, toddler, and dog. She does a thorough job and even asks for feedback. 

Thais cancelled our first meeting appointment only after the start time and did not respond to confirm her own suggested alternate date.

Thais is amazing! She's very thorough, does a very good deep clean of my entire condo. Every time she cleans, she leaves it smelling amazing, more organized, and just spotless all over. She's also wonderful with my animals! Very glad I hired Thais!

I am so happy to have found Thais after using a few different cleaning services, all of which were misses. Any household would be lucky to have her.  Her energy and personality are warm and friendly.  
She cleans your home as she would clean her own.  Unlike some of the others I have used in the past, I don't have to wonder if something has been cleaned. There is no doubt that she has been there.  When she leaves my home I don't want to do anything to mess up what she has done it is so nice.  One of the other things that I respect about Thais is how she is open to feedback.  On multiple occasions she has said if there is something you aren't happy with please let me know so I can fix it for the next time. 
I highly recommend Thais and wish I had found her sooner.

Thais is AMAZING!! She is the best I have ever had for cleaning my house. She is so thorough, she doesn't miss a thing. She not only does a great job cleaning my house but she is also very kind and professional. She is always so sweet with my children and patient and understanding with my hectic schedule.
