We hired Tetyana to care for our young adult, special needs daughter. It was our first ever Care.com experience, and one of a handful of times we've hired an unknown caregiver in her entire life. I was a nervous wreck about the process, especially since we were three states from home! Tetyana had a great application (she actually read the job description!) and offered to meet us and do an interview (both sides) via video call beforehand. I would not have thought about doing so, so this was a great thing she did! Our daughter, who has cerebral palsy, autism, and is non-verbal, loved her even on a virtual call! Tetyana had our daughter for over eight hours and it was a fantastic time for all! A week later, when we returned from our vacation, our daughter adored "telling" (through me, and through questions) her three therapists about her day in Los Angeles with Tetyana! She even liked her cat...and she could usually care less about furry friends. The cat liked her, too! THANK YOU!
