I have been working with Tetiana for about two months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. What I appreciate most about her is her proactiveness and excellent judgment in determining which areas of the house need the most attention. She has a natural ability to assess what requires cleaning or organizing and focuses her time accordingly, without needing any supervision or detailed direction. One of the things that really stands out is her ability to prioritize — for instance, she won’t waste time recleaning spaces that haven’t been heavily used since her last visit. Instead, she will shift her attention to other areas that truly need care, which makes her work not only efficient but also thoughtful. She has also made helpful recommendations for cleaning products, whether for laundry, hardwood floors, or other specific needs around the house. On top of that, she even took the initiative to reorganize my daughter’s bedroom, leaving it much tidier and more functional — something I didn’t even think to ask for but greatly appreciated. Overall, she has been a **gem** — reliable, independent, and attentive to detail. I’m really looking forward to continuing to work with her long-term.
