About Tess

I am most interested in caring for infants 0-12 months. I have had experience caring for 2 and 3-year-olds, diaper changing, feeding, etc. I very much enjoy playing with them when they are a little older and get a kick out of their curiosity. I have been doing childcare ever since having my daughter June 2021. It has allowed me to work part-time while still being with her. I worked at an in-home daycare for a short time with age ranges from infants to 5 years old. I babysit for a couple families in the area, and I help out at our local women's gym by doing childcare. Before having my daughter, I was working in senior care and really enjoyed it too. I feel I am a caregiver at heart. I am looking for part-time work at this time which would allow me to bring my daughter with me.

We appreciate how caring Tess is. She really did her very best to make my mother comfortable every day by doing things the way she wanted from peeling all her vegetables for breakfast including her tomato, to making a point to ask my mom if there was anything else she needed before leaving. These are just a few examples. Without knowing exactly what was going on everyday since I don’t live with my mom, I can say I felt comfortable leaving my mother’s care in her hands. If anything happened, I could count on Tess to let me know. Communication was easy and effortless. I also appreciate the attention she gave to my mother. She kept an updated grocery list, did the grocery shopping and would go when needed without being asked and would also pick up her medications.
