About Tess

Hi there! I am a creative and understanding nanny who knows how to get on your child's level and help them to feel comfortable with me. I have over 3 years of experience with paid childcare, and I also have experience with children who are neurodivergent. Both of my brothers are on the spectrum and I also volunteered with neurodivergent children in my youth. I feel like this helped me to be accepting of all people, and I am very grateful for that. There is no bigger trust than a parent entrusting me with their child, and I deeply understand that and will care for your child as if they are my own. Keeping the children I have in my care safe is extremely important to me, and so I am CPR certified. I am quick on my feet, and know how to deescalate most situations (especially tantrums!) Consistency is key with children and so I will adhere to any and all parental rules I am made aware of. I have my own car, and am comfortable with traveling. Would love to hear from you, Thank you!
