In May, I will be graduating with a degree in child development and will receive certification for teaching preschool and preschool special needs. Currently, I am completing my student teaching in a self-contained classroom, where I work with students with autism, behavior disorders, developmental delays and developmental disorders. I really enjoy working with this classroom because I feel like I am really providing services to the children and their families to prepare them for school. I am considering furthering my education with a master's degree in the special education field.
