About Tess

Hi everyone, I'm Tess! I am currently a sophomore at UWL and am majoring in early childhood education. I have extensive amounts of experience with all ages of children including after school care at schools, babysitting and nannying, internships in elementary aged classrooms, and working in summer programs for kids. Currently, I work at the Dahl YMCA in their afterschool program. I am living in La Crosse this summer, and am hoping to find a nanny job this summer. I like working with kids because they remind me of all the good the world has to offer! I started working with kids when I was 14 years old during the pandemic. Once a week, I would watch my neighbor's kids for a few hours. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends and family, play with my dogs, shop and go out to eat, be out on the water, and listen to music.
