Tessa is an extremely reliable, nurturing and flexible childcare provider. Although she has been looking after my newborn twins only for a month or so, she has already become an invaluable source of support to me, the babies and in managing dynamics with my toddler and our family at large. She is very well informed, able to quickly jump into situations to support children and the family and always willing to adapt to new circumstances, filling in gaps in case of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances. She has been extremely accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t be more grateful. She’s been excellent at following our routine, making suggestions to improve efficiency and in engaging our babies to facilitate their development and well-being. We are relocating overseas in late September or we would certainly want to continue working with her.
