About Tessa

Hi families! My name is Tessa, I'm a 21-year-old nursing student at the University of Arizona, home for summer break. I am passionate about caring for kiddos and aspire to become a pediatric nurse. With six years of experience in caregiving, I'm skilled at working with kids of all ages. I foster a creative, educational, and nurturing environment where your children can thrive. I maintain open communication with parents and I prioritize following your lead when it comes to household rules. I love incorporating outdoor and educational games that promote learning. Holding certifications in First Aid and CPR, as well as coursework in early child development and my experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm well-equipped to care for your children. I can also help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I'm available to care for up to three children, ages newborn to 11 years.
