Tess is such a gem of a human and child carer! I was so impressed from the first contact at her clarity of communication, proactivity and organization, and last but not least, warmth, kindness and incredible thoughtfulness! Lots of little things show how amazing tess is: when I asked to do a video interview and we had coordinated a time and date, Tess took the lead on organizing a Zoom link. She was incredibly responsive and clear at every point in our interactions. Tess showed up punctually with a thoughtful activity (XL coloring book and crayons) for my child. She knows just how to get people to get comfortable; my child warmed to Tess quickly because she wasn't too try-hard with him (a common fail with three-year-olds). She was responsive to my texts during the job but figured out what she needed to on her own and let me have my time and space. Tess clearly has an EQ off the charts, both with kids and adults. I wish we were going to be living in the same city to see her all the time!
