Hello, My name is Tessa. I live in Conyers, GA. After working as a Paralegal for a little over 2 years, I took a little time off to be with my family after the sudden passing of my father. In June of 2010, I started caring for a 92-year-old woman with dementia who was confined to a wheelchair. She had a feeding tube & I fed her a liquid diet and distributed her medications up to four times daily through her tube. I also assisted her in all aspects of daily living activities. In September of 2011, I received my CNA license & have helped families with their loved ones ever since. My whole life I have loved the elderly & I get a great sense of joy out of being able to help them. I am extremely compassionate, patient, and aware of the unique challenges each person may be facing. I am a firm believer in the Golden Rule and always treat others the way I would like to be treated.

Tessa has helped me personally for a long time. I had assistance from many CNAs when I lived alone in a house and none of them compared to Tessa. Tessa is very dependable, friendly, very intelligent and knowledgeable in her field. She is able to communicate with many different personalities. She keeps a watchful eye on her patients while encouraging them to learn they are still capable of doing many things themselves. This greatly enhanced my attitude and eventually I could do many things myself. Tessa NEVER just "goes through the motions " like other CNAs I hired. I would give Tessa 11 stars on this form.
