I'm passionate about providing childcare that supports families and gives each child the care and attention they deserve. With 20 years of experience, I have a proven ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 0-3. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature, which helps me connect with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication to keep them informed about their child's day or any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style. I love playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning and development. In addition to my experience, I have some college education and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
