I've been working as a DSP for the past 7 years and am certified as DSP 1 and 2, and am currently enrolled in courses for DSP 3. I work with young and older adults and children with various physical and developmental disabilities both at home and in the community to help them to be more independent. I'm known at my agency for being calm and patient, and having a more gentle approach. I also have a background of 10 years as a CNA and 10 years as a nanny. I'm looking to find more hours closer to home and have a somewhat flexible schedule. I honestly love my work and the individuals I work with, and hope to have a positive impact on them.
