Hands on experience in Pre-k thru High School Special Ed classroom as an instructional assistant for 4 yrs. 1on 1 care for a 3yr old non verbal Autistic boy. I worked with him in his home, school, public settings and playtime with peers. My son has Asperger's that we learned so much from. He is now a high functioning adult out living on his own, driving, doing things I never thought he would do. I have the patience to just sit and get to know each child and figure out where they are in their journey. I do not have a college degree, just experience and a loving heart! Thank you Terri
