After a 20+ year career as an elementary educator, I transitioned to caring fur infants and toddlers as a nanny. I have an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, along with National Board Certification. Before teaching I had several jobs in which I cared for infants through preschoolers, along with raising three children of my own. I am a nanny that prefers to minimize screen time, instead providing lots of outdoor adventures, along with trips to the library, etc. along with crafts, cooking, singing and movement games, reading, and playing with your children at home. I am fully vaccinated and love dogs.

Terri started caring for my son when he was three months old when I went back to work. Terri cares for him like she would her own children. Terri's style is calm and caring, and she values teaching him (as a former teacher herself). She often takes him on walks and outings, including the library. I appreciate as a first time mom that she makes suggestions to me as he continues to develop, such as introducing sippy cups and new foods. She is also respectful of my preferences such a no screen time and staying up to date with vaccinations. I really appreciate Terri's advice and that she checks in on us even when she isn't working (as a single mom, it's so nice to have someone to turn to with kid questions). You would be lucky to have Terri caring for your child!!!
