I am impressed with Terri's cleaning skills. She pays attention to detail, is thorough, asks good questions, and incorporates my cleaning requests. Terri researches how she can improve her cleaning techniques. She works hard. Terri is prompt and works with me on scheduling. She's not bothered by pets or pet hair and is very kind to animals. Plus I enjoy her company. I think one of my cats would go home with Terri (if I would let the cat)!! I am happy I hired Terri -- money well spent -- and I highly recommend her.
