About Terri

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, outgoing and hardworking. I like caring for seniors because I feel fulfilled by helping others who have limited abilities to take care of themselves. It brings me joy. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling my sense of purpose, provides flexibility and financial security. I started caring for seniors when I was a young adult taking care of my grandmother full-time. Years later I started as a caregiver. I moved onto staffing but continued working as a caregiver part-time. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children and grandchildren, going for walks with my dogs. One thing you should know about me is I am a hard worker, reliable and always willing to help someone out. I have experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia clients, clients with limited mobility or completely bed bound. I also have gait belt and Hoyer lift experience. I take all safety precautions with clients while caring for them.
