Hey there! My names Teresita, but you can call me Tara. When my grandmother was put on hospice, it was very scary for all of us. After she got out of the hospital I moved in with her. I wanted to make sure she always had someone with her, to keep her safe, happy and comfortable. I wanted to take 110% of any and all stress away. I administered medication when needed. I also talked to her doctors, went grocery shopping, went to the pharmacy, cleaned up the house, and much more.
