I'm a mom to an almost 7-year-old little boy who lives with ASD. I started babysitting in high school back in 2012 and am grateful to say this is what I will be doing for the rest of my life! After 12 years of nannying and babysitting, while also trying out numerous other careers such as hospitality work and personal training to name a few, I have learned just how special and impactful this line of work can be. I prioritize communication with the parents/guardians AND kids. I specialize in kids 3 and under, this is when their communication really starts to blossom! I love spending my days with the kiddos outside and exploring our world together. Doing arts and crafts, singing and dancing and being goofy are some of my favorite activities! Teresa cared for my daughter and her cousins (3 kids ranging 2-4 years old) for an afternoon and into the night. We were impressed by her professionalism, especially that she proactively requested emergency contacts and pertinent information for each child in advance, and the kids had a really great time playing with her. She got them all to bed on time (a feat!), gave us updates as needed, and overall made me feel confident about trusting her with the little ones. I would absolutely recommend her to friends/family/anyone.
