I am highly interested in this position. I have 5+ years of experience working in a private care home, agency, assisted living, nursing facility's , hospital in CA. The care I do were plenty of things such as being a sitter , transferring using a Hoyer lift to bed or the restroom, wheelchair or chair. I also do bathing giving showers, dressing and feeding , toileting such as stand by assistance when needed. Changing briefs or pull ups. I also do activities, medication reminders or medication assists with a doctor's order. I like to do light cooking. I do have experience with standby going up and down the stairs.

Teresa seems experienced, smart and was really fantastic for 3 days. Unfortunately would randomly cancel and no show with 2 hour notice. Today she quit 4hours prior to her upcoming shift, and 24 hours after receiving specialized caregiver training.
