I have 9 years experience with all ages I enjoy babies and toddlers. I make sure they reach their milestone and if they are behind I will d my best to catch them up. I keep them on a schedule as I feel that babies and toddlers need that structure plus it's easier for parents. If child has a schedule I get them ready for school by reading to them and creating a fun school like activities such as teach them numbers and letters and animals etc. also like taking kids outside to park and to library for story time and also fun activities. I can teach the kids to swim and also safety in water so they can reach sides and make it fun. While is down time I will help around house by cleaning kids laundry also prep healthy meals.

Do not trust her with your kids. Hired her and was a no show. Did not even have the decency to inform. We lost on hiring another babysitter as we had already committed to her. Not appropriate behavior for someone who is a caregiver.
